The Estate at Schollhammer's Farms

The Estate at Schollhammer's Farms is a brand-new subdivision in the Poconos, laid out with 13 residential lots that will become homes for new families in the area. We're building it for RGB Homes, a premier builder in the region, continuing a relationship we've valued on past subdivision projects together.

The project also marks another collaboration with D&D Engineering, serving as civil design engineer. Our scope covers site layout, erosion control, and tree clearing, along with stormwater conveyance, a rain garden and detention basin, bulk grading, and roadway construction — stone base through asphalt paving.

As with our other residential development work, this project reflects the full range of site development we bring to a new community from the ground up, well before the first home takes shape.
