Hilltop Heights

Hilltop Heights was one of our winter projects for developer Quandell Construction — a City of Scranton housing initiative aimed at bringing affordable housing to the area, and a continuation of a relationship we've valued working on together.

Our scope covered the site and structural groundwork for four large multi-story units: excavation, stone drains, footings, masonry foundation walls, and slab-on-grade construction. It was a tight schedule set against a challenging winter, and our layout team — Shaun and John — made sure every building corner and layout line was precise before the framing crew moved in behind us.

Our concrete and masonry teams, working under site lead Adam, carried the project from footings to finished foundations, setting the stage for four new multi-story residential buildings to rise on the site.
