Marshalls Falls Park | East Stroudsburg, PA

Marshalls Falls Park was a multi-year project for Kobalt Construction, started in 2022 and completed in 2023, that transformed a stretch of Monroe County's natural landscape into a fully accessible public park.

Our team built a boardwalk using quality wood decking and modern cable railings, giving visitors an immersive path through the surrounding woods, along with a retaining wall, paved parking lot, sidewalks, curbs, and a rain garden designed to promote ecological balance.

We also paved the park's walking trails, winding them through the landscape so visitors can explore in comfort. The park opened to the public on Earth Day to a community that had anticipated it for years — and it remains one of the projects we're proudest to have built.
