Carbon County Emergency Training Center

Kobalt Construction led the transformation of a 10-acre site in Nesquehoning into the Carbon County Emergency Training Center, a facility built to give the county's fire, police, and emergency response personnel a dedicated space for hands-on training.

Our scope began with land clearing and earthwork to shape the site for its training areas and infrastructure, followed by the installation of water, sewer, and electrical utilities to support the facility's operations.

Stormwater management and erosion control were priorities throughout construction, and our paving crews laid the asphalt surfaces that provide access for emergency vehicles and personnel across the property. Today, the training center stands as a cornerstone of public safety preparedness for Carbon County.
