It was an honor to take on this memorial project for Dickson City Borough, built to recognize local veterans for their service and sacrifice. Our concrete and masonry team led the work, delivering a space designed to serve the community — and its veterans — for years to come.
The scope included a new electrical service with a water fountain, a colored concrete seat wall finished with custom blue stone caps, and stamped colored concrete laid in two distinct patterns across the plaza. An asphalt walkway ties the memorial into the surrounding park, and a new flagpole with night lighting stands at its center.
A second phase is already planned: custom memorial plaques set into the blue stone caps, adding a lasting, personal layer of recognition to the space.
