As a Laborer, you'll provide the hands-on support that keeps our job sites running — assisting skilled tradespeople and helping projects move safely and efficiently from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, site prep, and general cleanup
- Dig, level, and prepare ground for foundations and site work
- Set up and break down forms, barricades, and signage
- Support equipment operators, cement finishers, and other crew members as needed
- Follow all jobsite safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members
- OSHA 10 certification a plus, but not required to apply
