As an Equipment Operator, you'll run the heavy machinery behind every Kobalt project — from excavation and grading to final site prep.

Responsibilities

Operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment for grading and excavation
Read grade stakes, site plans, and drawings to execute work accurately
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
Work closely with foremen and crew members to keep projects on schedule
Follow all safety protocols around equipment operation and jobsite traffic
