As a Cement Finisher, you'll place, finish, and cure concrete across our commercial, residential, and public projects — delivering the clean, level surfaces our clients count on.
Responsibilities
- Place, screed, float, and trowel concrete for foundations, sidewalks, driveways, and slabs
- Read grade stakes and blueprints to achieve correct elevations and slopes
- Apply proper curing and finishing techniques for weather and surface conditions
- Operate hand and power finishing tools safely
- Coordinate with laborers and equipment operators during pours
Requirements
- Prior experience with concrete finishing techniques
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail for smooth, level, and durable finishes
- Understanding of basic jobsite safety practices
